The Foundation creates opportunities for developing musicians to learn, perform, collaborate with professional artists, and share music with the wider community. Its initiatives are designed to bring students, families, educators, musicians, sponsors, and community partners together through meaningful musical experiences.

Edelir Garza is a music educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience. As Founder and President of the Musical Living Foundation, he leads efforts to expand access to music education, create meaningful performance opportunities, and strengthen communities through music.
Jessica Garza is a certified Texas educator with nearly two decades of experience serving students in general and special education. As Vice President of the Musical Living Foundation, she supports planning, fundraising, and community engagement while helping advance the Foundation’s mission. Drawing on her experience as both an educator and a parent, Jessica is passionate about expanding access to music education and creating opportunities that foster creativity, confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of learning.
Raquel Hernandez brings strong administrative experience, organizational leadership, and a commitment to serving students and families. As Treasurer of the Musical Living Foundation, she supports the Board’s governance and helps advance the Foundation’s mission to expand access to music education and meaningful performance opportunities.
